Established in 1993, the Firm has been serving clients throughout the State of Arizona from its centrally located Phoenix office.  The Firm meets the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' requirements and is a continuing member of the AICPA Government Audit Quality Center.  Lisa B. Lumbard, CPA, CGFM, leads a team of highly skilled professionals with over 100 years of combined experience.  The staff is comprised of Certified Public Accountants, Certified Government Financial Managers, experienced Auditors/Accountants and a qualified administrative support staff.
